Chloe turned 12 this year, very very hard to believe! She is the best 12 year old there ever was ;)& I am so proud of her!! I truly admire how brave she is! Choosing to go to Hutch was very brave, but more than that, she is so confident...she always trys and even if she doesn't succeed it doesn't stop her from trying again..for instance she went out for all-region choir, but said she choked and knew instantly it wasn't going to happen, but did she cry about it, No!... she said it's okay mom I'll try again next time....really?! I did not have that kind of confidence & acceptance of myself at 12! In theatre she started singing Happy Birthday to her friend Taylor all by herself, even walked up onto the stage & was joined by some other girls, but she started it w/o needing a crowd to help her...I would have never done that, still wouldn't today, but I can't sing either!! These are just a few of the many many things my daughter does to amaze me!! I hope someday I can be more like her! ;) I look forward to seeing all that she will become in the years to come, but I'm def trying to hold on today & relish all that she is TODAY!!
